Mags (Selina Ringel), a powerful Latina financial advisor who runs a home, and Ash (Ritesh Rajan), an Indian-American, a great father who runs a failing cannabis startup, are stuck in a rut. They can’t stop arguing on their first vacation after having a baby until they meet Angela (Sydney Park), a spiritual digital nomad who takes an interest in Mags. Mags begins to question her sexuality when Angela intrigues her. Suddenly, Ash and Mags start to rebuild around the idea of a threesome in the hopes that the excitement of a potential sexual experience will save their marriage.
