Lindtech College is a leading technical college located in Kenya Registered by TVETA and certified by NITA, established to address the skills development needs of young people within the ICT, Catering, Fashion, Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy, Event Management, and other key sectors of the Kenyan economy.
At Lindtech College, we believe that practical skills and hands-on experience are essential for success in today’s job market. That’s why we offer a range of training programs that are designed to equip our students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their chosen field.

We are Focused on helping out students to succeed

At Lindtech College, we are moved by the plight of Kenyan youths who are unemployed and unable to access basic skills training courses due to lack of fees. Our goal is to equip them with vocational skills training in various areas, such as ICT, tailoring, food production, beauty therapy, hairdressing, among others, leading them to self-reliance, poverty eradication, and economic growth. Youth unemployment in Kenya and Africa as a whole has become a concern, and we believe that addressing it is crucial to eliminating poverty.

From the Founding Director’s Desk

I am truly honored to receive the Africa Fourty under Fourty innovation award on behalf of Lindtech College. We extend our gratitude to the organizers of Fourty under Fourty for this recognition. It is indeed a privilege for us to be acknowledged for our commitment to driving innovation and excellence in education towards achieving the sustainable development goals.

At Lindtech College, we are moved by the plight of Kenyan youths who are unemployed and unable to access basic skills training courses due to lack of fees. Our goal is to equip them with vocational skills training in various areas, such as ICT, tailoring, food production, beauty therapy, hairdressing, among others, leading them to self-reliance, poverty eradication, and economic growth. Youth unemployment in Kenya and Africa as a whole has become a concern, and we believe that addressing it is crucial to eliminating poverty.

We encourage the youth who are struggling to find employment despite having a degree or diploma to be bold enough to learn technical skills that are in high demand. Secondly, we urge Kenyan millionaires to invest in job creation, just as Indian millionaires do, to improve the employment rate in the country. Finally, we implore the government to support self-employment by addressing various challenges facing entrepreneurs, such as high taxation, long and tiresome procedures in acquiring licenses, unregulated competition from outside countries, high cost of finance, corruption, and official harassment.

As we continue to work towards our mission of transforming lives through education, we are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to empower our students. We believe that education is the key to unlocking a better future for individuals and communities. Through our programs, we not only equip our students with practical skills but also instill in them values such as resilience, hard work, and integrity that are crucial in their personal and professional growth. We are committed to continuously improving our curriculum and training methods to ensure that our students are well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the job market. We thank all our partners, staff, and students who have supported us on this journey and look forward to continued collaboration in building a better future for our country and continent as a whole.
